Universal utilizes a live network of broadcast monitoring devices to instantly capture news from over 170 cities in the U.S. and Canada, as well as news from 30 foreign countries outside North America. Through our Broadcast-Alert service you can receive instant e-mail notification when your stories are broadcast.  We also offer direct access to your hits via your web browser.

From your Broadcast-Alert notifications, or on-line portal, you can elect to receive either transcripts, DVD's, taped segments, or download digital files from our secure web portal.
